Back to top What to expect from a treatmentThe first part of the treatment is taken up with a thorough discussion about yourself, lifestyle, sleep patterns, diet, medical history, medication and general state of health and mind. This part helps me to decide which oils are going to help you most, so the more we communicate, the more I can help. The second half involves me selecting three essential oils, most appropriate with your emotional and physical state. A full body massage takes about an hour.
